An exciting opportunity to join our small, friendly, fully private dental practice as the overall manager and co coordinator.
We are a high profile, high street practice that has been serving the Teddington community for nearly twenty years. We provide a full range of high quality treatment for the whole family and our focus is on patient satisfaction, communication and excellent customer service, backed by uncompromising quality of care and treatment.
Your role will include:
The day to day running of the practice including marketing, and managing appointment books.
Managing and maintaining clinical governance, practice policies, and compliance with CQC regulations.
Planning and implementation of practice expansion.
Managing, motivating and training staff, including induction of new staff as required.
Sourcing, interviewing and procuring new staff including dentists and hygienists as required.
Some chair side support and management of reception.
Requirements:
You will need to have a background in dental nursing with experience of reception and various clinical treatments, including implants.
Previous management experience will be useful though not essential.
You will need to have exceptional communication and customer service skills.
The role is flexible and can be Full Time or Part Time.
