This is a full time position in a Private General Dental Practice.
Excellent location in NW London.
MONDAY TO FRIDAY
Ideally some evenings and Saturdays.
Flexible hours negotiable on some days
SALARY - £30k to £35k
Based on 40 hours per week and depending on experience.

JOB OVERVIEW - DENTAL PRACTICE MANAGER
- Will be in charge of day to day running of a small well established general dental practice.
- Working closely with Principal dentist, Trainee nurse, part-time Associate dentist and Hygienist.
REQUIREMENTS
- GDC registered and willing to nurse when required.
- Essential: Fully Competent in CQC regulations and can manage the compliance for the practice, ensuring the whole team adhere to the guidelines set out by the CQC.
- Willingness to learn.
PRACTICE MANAGER DUTIES
- Ensure practice meets standards including CQC and HTM01-05, health and safety, clinical governance, audits etc.
- Use their initiative and ideas to implement systems, and improve the efficiencies within the practice.
- Provide great customer service on the reception desk and on the phone.
- Develop the business from the current customer base as well by attracting new customers.
- Personnel Management, includes training and development for new and existing staff.
- Check invoices and pay bills.
- Collection of outstanding debts.
- Collate Associate and Hygienist invoices
