Duties and Responsibilities
•Arranging meetings/appointments/travel and accommodation.
•Diary management – coordinating and sending invites for meetings and conference calls.
•Responding to telephone queries and taking accurate messages.
•Arranging and booking restaurants, theatre and other social events for clients.
•Exercise a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times.
•Working both virtually as well as from our clients’ offices/homes.
Specific skills required
•Advanced desktop skills in Microsoft Office.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills.
•Maintain and manage diary and email accounts.
•Confidence meeting and speaking to clients at all levels of seniority.
•Impeccable time management
•Ability to multitask
•Impeccable attention to detail
•A pro-active approach and ability to think on your feet.
•Ability to exercise discretion in dealing with highly confidential or sensitive matters.
Specific Qualifications and experience required.
•GCSE’s and A-levels
•2 + Years of PA, admin, management OR accounting experience in any industry.
•Driving license is a bonus but not essential.

•Bright, enthusiastic and hardworking individual.
•Bundles of initiative and common sense
•Ability to be resourceful
•Proactive and flexible
