Very busy, natural health practitioner, operating a prime central London practice, requires a dedicated Personal Assistant with immediate start.
The individual will have 4-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Key requirements are:
Articulate with fluent spoken and written English; Able to work independently with little direct supervision after initial orientation period; Quick thinking, highly methodical and motivated; Level headed, dealing efficiently and professionally with a diverse range of patients and temperaments; Well organised and readily able to assess priorities; Highly computer literate and good at maths; Maintain digital patient files, take payments and follow-up promptly with external medical professionals; Highly proficient in social media platforms and Skype Must be able to start immediately.
