An exciting position has become available at one of London’s fastest growing Print organisations. As part of our recent expansion at our Printexpert, Chingford site we are looking to recruit additional staff to support our continued business growth. We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant.
We are looking for a friendly candidate to complement our existing team, The ideal person must be conscientious, accurate with good attention to detail and have high standards along with being able to work in a fast paced environment.
The successful candidate will provide all levels of administritive support to the director.
Responsibilities will include, keeping in house data base updated, reporting back on progress of orders, supporting director in day to day admin tasks including stock take, updating websites, organising holiday diary as well as general admin duties.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; both verbal and written.
Good written and spoken English
Must be highly organised and be able to meet strict deadlines.
Good computer skills (mac and pc)
Ability to deal confidently and effectively with a variety of people.
Personal Skills and Behaviours
Good attention to detail
Flexible / adaptable approach to work
Honesty
Hours: 20 Hours per week Salary: from £10,000
