Job Description
You will be expected to manage a portfolio of different clients, so a confident and proactive approach to your work is a must. Superb written and verbal communication skills are of the utmost importance, along with a drive to be self-motivated and busy. The job is varied, challenging and highly rewarding for the right candidate.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Arranging meetings/appointments/travel and accommodation
• Diary management – coordinating and sending invites for meetings and conference calls
• Responding to telephone queries and taking accurate messages
• Where required, attending team meetings, circulating agendas and papers, taking minutes and bringing forward actions
• Arranging and booking restaurants, theatre and other social events for clients
• Exercise a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times
• Taking dictation and minutes
• General office duties such as printing, scanning, photocopying, filing etc.
• Working both virtually as well as from our clients’ offices/homes
• Business support and / or Lifestyle management
Specific skills required
• Advanced desktop skills in Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Maintain and manage diary and email accounts
• Confidence meeting and speaking to clients at all levels of seniority
• Impeccable time management
• Ability to multitask
• Impeccable attention to detail
• A pro-active approach and ability to think on your feet
• Ability to exercise discretion in dealing with highly confidential or sensitive matters
Specific Qualifications and experience required
• GCSE’s and A-levels
• 2 + years of PA, admin, management or accounting experience in any industry
• Driving license is a bonus but not essential
