Pastry Chef de Partie – Fine dining Restaurant – Green Park – Close Sunday
We have a great opportunity for a passionate, talented and hardworking Pastry Chef de Partie, who will join our client’s fine dining operation based in Green Park.
The restaurant is a bastion of Britishness serving fine dining classics including game and seafood, plus Oyster bar.
The ideal Pastry Chef de Partie must have previous experience in a similar role and operation, work with a team including 3 Pastry Chefs, and passionate about pastries
The Pastry Chef de Partie salary is £26,000 per year including service charge, always Sunday off plus closed on Saturday lunchtime and opened only for dinner - closed Bank holidays/Xmas and paid every 2 weeks
The Pastry Chef de Partie will work 8 shifts per week (3 splits and 2 straight shifts - the split shift starts at 8.00am until 3.00pm back at 5.00pm until 11.00pm)
Any extra shifts worked will be paid overtime
Pastry Chef de Partie Benefits:
• £26,000 per year
