Rhubarb are looking for a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team in the Darwin Brasserie on level 36 of the Sky Garden.
Serving a modern European menu from breakfast to dinner, this is a brilliant opportunity for a Pastry Chef de Partie or a strong Pastry Demi to take their career to the next level.
The Pastry Chef de Partie will be working within a team of 3 pastry chefs producing a dynamic and innovative dessert menu for up to 600 guests per day
Candidate profile.
- As Pastry Chef de Partie you will have a stable background in a restaurant or hotel environment.
- The ideal Pastry Chef de Partie will be a good communicator, reliable and a team player. You will possess excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
