Pastry Chef DE Partie Required

POSITION: PASTRY CHEF DE PARTIE (for The Thomas Cubitt)
SALARY PACKAGE: £25,000 per annum

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ability to run a pastry section unsupervised but with the support of the Executive Pastry Chef and Head Chef
• Ensure consistency in food quality and service timings at all times
• Have an in depth knowledge of modern pastry cookery techniques
• Possess strong organisational skills with a high level of motivation
• Control stock rotation and minimise wastage on your section
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
• Will have experience at the level of application

• Builds effective and constructive relationships

Cubitt House is an exciting and expanding, family style run business with four highly acclaimed public house and restaurants in prestigious Central London locations, two of which have boutique hotel rooms.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Pastry Chef to join the team at one of our four sites; The Thomas Cubitt, The Alfred Tennyson, The Orange and The Grazing Goat.
We are very proud of our high standard of service and quality of offer, both in terms of food and presentation. We are looking for staff who will share our passion, be enthusiastic, work in a team and have fun.
