Your responsibilities as aPastry Chef de Partie will include:- Provide high quality food in the pastry section of the kitchen at all times, and to co-ordinate and be responsible for staff in the delegated section- Ensure the products are made with the upmost care and attention to detail at all times- Ensure that recipes are correctly prepared and presented as per Executive Chef / Sous Chef and PPHE International quality standards- Assist with development of new menus We are looking for The ideal Pastry Chef de Partie will:- Demonstrate a good understanding of good hygiene practices within all food production and food service areas.- Understand how a restaurant kitchen operates.- Show creativity and imagination for food presentation- Have attention to detail, precision and patience- Have good organisational skills- Be able to work in a fast paced working environment and remain calm under pressure- Have a high standards of cleanliness and hygiene- Preferably have had previous experience in a high volume kitchen and/or French style Restaurant kitchen- Have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and be able to connect with other live up to our mission statement: Inspiring our guests through individuality and passion!
