Pastry Chef de Partie - Monday to Friday - West End Working for this quality venue in the heart of the West End, they are recruiting an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join their fantastic team.The suitable applicant will have experience in clubs / 4 or 5 star hotels / quality restaurants, preferably with Modern British and/or European cuisine. Trade qualifications desirable.You will be passionate, have an eye for detail and a flexible attitude.The position involves; * Working Monday to Friday * 3 split shifts, 2 early shifts per week * Closed Bank Holidays * 28 days holiday per year including bank holidays * Overtime available if functions on * Staff annual bonus paid * Immediate start available.
