YBF award winning chef Terri Mercieca is looking for passionate, motivated pastry chef de partie to between her Hackney production kitchen and her newly opened dessert bar in the recently revitalised kitchens in Old Spitalfields Market. We are bringing high quality, restaurant worthy desserts with a street food twist to the most exciting new food market in London.
We are looking for dedicated, hard working, self motivated people who love sharing delicious food and friendly service while thinking on their feet in a fast moving London street market. Must have at least 3 years of experience in high end dessert making and or production experience. This is a customer focused environment, we want to make sure our guests have the best service, highest quality desserts and experience dining with us.
Part time or full time work available, must have evening and weekend (inc. Bank Holidays) availability. Salary dependent on experience.
