Rhubarb have been providing all food and drink at the iconic Royal Albert Hall since 2011. Without doubt one of the most prestigious venues in the UK, rhubarb manages four restaurants, private boxes, fourteen bars and stunning event spaces.
We are currently looking for a bright, passionate and keen Pastry Chef de Partie to join our main kitchen working with a team of.
5. As Pastry Chef de Partie you will be creating delicious treats such as cakes, Petit fours, muffins, afternoon tea's and plated desserts ranging from sweet and simple to fine dining and advanced ! This is a great opportunity for a Pastry Chef de Partie to learn new skills and progress in their career
Candidate profile
As Pastry Chef de Partie you will have at least two years experience in a professional kitchen, either restaurant, hotel or contract catering.The ideal Pastry Chef de Partie will be a good communicator, reliable and a team player.You will possess excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.Be creative and innovative!Show drive and passion for producing good quality food!
Salary and Benefits
Hourly rate of £10.00 per hour, straight shifts only
