The chef brigade are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to be responsible for ensuring our food offering is consistently at a high level.
The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience on a Pastry section in a similar establishment.
experience working in a fast-paced environment.
You most be ambitious and have the desire to learn and grown within your craft.
Flexible availability, working any 5 days a week between Monday – Sunday.
Being deeply respectful of diversity and individuality.
