Rockstar Bakers are an Award Winning Bakery which takes pride in producing high quality sourdough bread, cakes and pastries.

We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. Our bakery is based in South London near Brixton.

We have a great reputation for our bread, cakes and pastries, that not only look good but have a great flavour. Technical knowledge is essential as is experience producing cakes for restaurants and cafes. We're also the first people to create the Cruffin (muffin/Croissant hybrid) in the UK.

The applicants must have a passion for cakes and be able to work well as part of a team. experience of working in a professional kitchen/bakery is a necessity. Quality is always at the forefront and we never like to take short-cuts. We are a growing company with plenty of energy and ambition and are looking for people who share these tributes.
