FHG are working with a national contract caterer to recruit a Pastry Chef to oversee the pastry operation at this high profile site in the heart of the West End.

The kitchen caters for a variety of hospitality offers from canape functions to buffets to fine dining for the discerning clientele. The site boasts its own fruit, veg and herb garden along the roof terrace providing fresh seasonal produce.

The Pastry Chef will run the Pastry section training junior chefs and having creative autonomy over fine dining menus to Michelin star standards as well as developing exciting afternoon tea offers.

We are looking for a Pastry Chef with experience at the highest levels looking for a work life balance where they can continue to cook outstanding food.

Pastry Chef Salary: £30k
Core Hours: M-F, 7am - 4pm, + evening functions.
