A fantastic opportunity for a Pastry Chef to be part of a 100-cover restaurant, based in the extremely popular Marlybone High Street area. OPSO is a highly anticipated restaurant, offering a new all day dinning experience. Serving, brunch, lunch and dinner, with an estimated 300 covers per day.We are looking to recruit a Pastry Chef and a Pastry/Artisan CDP as part of the core team to prepare pastries and cakes for the takeaway, and be on service for the menu desserts. This is great opportunity for Pastry Chefs and artisan bakers wishing to progress and learn along our highly awarded head chef. We make our own breads and we make our own pastries and desserts. Staff will be fully trained by our team of executive chefs, and they will learn new techniques and methods of making bread and desserts.
