Pastry Chef x 2 - Production Patisserie £10 per hour Islington
We are a high quality patisserie production based in Islington area that is now looking for 2 x pastry chefs with patisserie production experience. We are successful and we are expanding so we are in need of some more talented pastry chefs.
We are currently looking for 2 x Pastry Chefs with patisserie experience that have previously worked in a production pastry operation working with high quality Pastry product made by hand.

The Pastry Chef role:
- Produce a full range of Cakes and patisserie using the company’s recipe specifications.
- Decorating the range to ensure the highest possible quality.
- Follow the Production plan to ensure the right quantity of Products are produced within the required timeframe.
- Ensuring that you are producing products to the best possible quality.
- Ensuring all Pastries and Cakes contain the necessary fillings and ingredients.
- experience in maintaining a high quality product.
- Ability to follow a process.
- Been in a similar role for at least three years.
- Familiar with all bakery equipment.
- 40 hour week working 5 days with 2 days off
- Salary: £10 for someone with the right experience - possibly more for the right candidate.
