Clos Maggiore is a French fine dining restaurant based in the heart of Covent Garden. We have been awarded a 3 AA Rosette standard for many years and we are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team.
We are a small team so attention to detail is the key to success at Clos Maggiore and as for Pastry Chef we are also looking for qualities like an understanding of exceptional guest service and exceeding expectations, enthusiasm and will to develop a successful career in high end restaurants.
Role
Previous experience of working within fine dining operation would be highly advantageous. We are looking for bags of passion and commitment to deliver the highest standard to our menu. Adhering to company standards and procedures is also important, you will assist with stock control, hygiene checks and health and safety
You
To be part of this successful team you will need to be calm under pressure, to be able to ensure consistency of top quality in a high volume environment. You will already know what it takes to deliver within a high profile, fast paced restaurant. As you will be part of a strong team you need to be a good communicator with obviously have great attention to detail.
