Office Manager, Commercial Cleaning Company
Full time, flexible working between Monday to Friday, with occasional time required on weekends
The company provides a wide range of cleaning services to residential and commercial customers in the greater London area, based in NW11.
The Company is growing fast and the Directors urgently need to develop their operational and administrative management by appointing an Office Manager.
This is a hugely varied role requiring intelligence, energy, initiative and flexibility more than academic qualifications and is key to the development of the company. The office manager will assist the Director with office administration, book-keeping, organisation of jobs, supervision of staff, management of equipment, vehicles and consumables, switching between tasks as priorities rapidly change. The post holder will also answer enquiries from and liaise with clients.
experience in office/business administration and staff organisation and supervision are essential, as are competence in MS Word, Excel and Power Point. The ideal candidate will have good written and oral communication skills and be able to demonstrate a high standard of numeracy.
A clean driving licence and use of a car are also essential as local travel will be required.
This is a role that will grow as the business develops and presents a significant long term opportunity for the right candidate to build a rewarding and stimulating career.
