We are recruiting for an experienced PA / Office Manager for a highly reputable and prestigious London company.The RoleAs PA / Office Manager you will:- Provide an efficient and effective administration support service to the management team.- Ensure compliance with Company and legal guidelines to support the smooth running of the business.- Plan and manage marketing event activities.- Manage the reception team to ensure exemplary customer service standards at all times- Support management in formal and informal meetings with employees as required ensuring strict confidentiality is maintained at all times.- Prepare correspondence for managers including presentations, letters, reports and memorandums.- Make travel and accommodation arrangements.- Manage and co-ordinate all social activities.- Complete generalist Human Resources administration relating to the office employees e.g. Holiday requests, maintaining training records- Order stationery and consumables.The PersonTo be successful for this role of PA / Office Manager, it is essential that you have recent experience in a similar role, ideally from within a blue chip company.
