We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Office Manager that has excellent administrative, organisational and time-management skills.
Working as the Administrator / Office Manager you will oversee the Company’s London Office, liaising with Department Heads and Directors, supporting where required.
As the Administrator / Office Manager you will be highly organised with a methodical and thorough approach to your work. You will have the ability to multi-task, using your initiative, flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads.

DUTIES
Your duties and responsibilities as the Administrator / Office Manager:
• Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post (via franking machine); including international and domestic
• Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
• Photocopying, scanning and printing of various documents, shredding and binding contracts
• Answering the phones, meeting and greeting clients
• Typing, filing, managing diaries, assisting others when required
• Booking of meeting rooms
• Processing milk orders
• Organising lunch orders for the Directors
• Emptying and loading of the dishwasher whilst maintaining a high standard in the kitchen
• Regular tea making for the Directors
• Filing and Administration Support to various teams
• Work alongside the department managers to administer the day to day Human Resources operations of the Company including record keeping of recruitment, holiday and sickness records
• Monitoring of in house Kronos system ensuring employee records are up to date
• Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment
• Proactively maintaining the stationary cupboard
• Arrange for repairs and replacement to premises, office furniture and equipment (excluding computer equipment)
• Liaising with the cleaning company ensuring standards are maintained
• Keep Key log and Security FOB records up to date
