Experienced, Highly organised and Efficient Office Manager/Executive Assistant required for an initial 6 month contract with a view to becoming permanent. Salary £28,000.00- £34,000.00 depending on skills and experience.
This pivotal role will manage the business relationship, queries, bookings, processing. In additional to general office management(phone, post, supplies), as well as acting as an Executive Assistant to the Director and conference team(booking travel, diary management, liaising with staff and suppliers).
The successful person will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, eye for detail and be up to date with standard office software packages, technically knowledgeable with an ability to understand and engage with efficiency apps and business spreadsheets enabling the business systems to run smoothly.
Start Date October.
