We are a small financial media company that produces an investment magazine focused on emerging markets.
Based in Central London, we are looking for an experienced Office Manager.
Applicants must be UK or EU permanent residents.
Kindly note that this is NOT a consultancy role.
Responsibilities
Supporting director on all aspects of administration.
Managing the administration of a team of about 5 to 10 people.
Managing the office budget, invoices and bills.
Supporting editorial and events teams
Diary management
Coordinating accounting and Human Resources functions.
Ensuring the efficient running of administrative functions.
Skills and experience
At least 2 years’ experience working in similar Office Manager, Bookkeeping or PA role.
Good understanding of administrative, accounting and Human Resources functions.
Bookkeeping skills desired but not required.
Excellent English skills – verbal and written.
Strong management skills
Strong skills working with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation packages.
Previous experience managing people is essential.
experience working with accounting packages is desired but not required.
FT or PT (1 to 4 days a week)
