KAPITAL BASEMENTS LTD is currently seeking an Office Manager/Secretary for our office in Chessington, London. This position requires a confident person with the ability to manage a wide variety of responsibilities which may include:
- Compose and edit correspondence
- Answer phone for the company
- Sort and distribute mail
- Order office supplies and order materials to sites.
- Oversee and coordinate company vehicles.
- General clerical activities and related task.
- Knowledge of PC (excel, outlook)
experience within the construction industry and knowledge of Hungarian language offers and advantage, however this is not a must.
Hours of work are Monday - Friday 7:30AM to 5:00PM.
