Well Established Roofing and Scaffolding Company based in Kentish Town NW5,
Require a secretary.
Duties Include:
Typing Estimates
Processing Acceptance Orders
Answering Telephones
Diary Management
Chasing Outstanding Invoices
Manning Company Inbox and answering Enquiries.
Hours - 9.00 - 4pm
Must speak Fluent English.
Be computer literate.
Have good Knowledge of Word, Excell and Microsoft Outlook.
