Office Administrator Wanted in London

This is an exciting opportunity to join a soft services provider based in Camberwell as a job sharing administrator. With 20 years of experience in the industry our success is based upon customer service and care, with clients choosing us as a partner to deliver high quality cleaning services efficiently, innovatively and reliably.

Skills and Qualifications:

Good knowledge of Microsoft, must have excellent knowledge of Excel, Friendliness, Attentiveness, Good Memory, Communication, Helpfulness, Organisation, Excellent telephone skills, Multi-tasking.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Taking and directing calls
Completing administrative tasks
Providing customer / staff support
Interacting with other departments
Registration of cleaners
Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
Human Resources Duties
Document Control

5 Days per week Monday to Friday
Hours are 09:00-16:00 (unpaid 1 hour lunch)
£15600 Annual

Portuguese / Spanish speaking is a huge benefit.
