Experienced Office Administrator/Secretary Required for Private Landlords/Developers Office EN4 Barnet.
Role is to assist Director and his PA in the day to day management of the office.
Duties to include but not limited to:
Dealing with office phone calls from tenants, utility companies e.t.c
Collecting, organising and dealing with post
Extensive Data entry and management of all excel files and logs required for the company and accountants
Completion of tenancy agreements and other relevant tenant paperwork
Letter writing
General filing and day to day maintenance of office
Requirements:
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
experience in an office environment. Property related would be advantageous
Well-spoken with excellent knowledge of the English language
Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills
Exceptional time management skills with ability to prioritise and organise own workload
Work under extreme pressure to meet deadlines
Brilliant attention to detail with the ability to proof read, spell check and format to company standards

Friendly and polite with a positive ‘nothing is too much trouble’ approach
Team player, flexible and keen to get involved in a number of different tasks
Efficient and able to work under pressure
Accuracy and excellent attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work alone
Operate office equipment confidently incl. PCs, printers/ photocopiers and phones
Job Type:
Part Time 25 hours per week
Salary:
£10 per hour
