Office Administrator
Circa £22K per Annum
City Based
Our client a small Trade Association based in the city are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to provide general clerical and administrative support.
You will be the first point of contact for all visitors and telephone callers with responsibility of some diary management in respect of meeting room bookings, ordering stationery and day to day administration activities as they arise.
You will coordinate and arrange internal and external meetings, and be responsible for the general upkeep of office facilities and repairs.
Successful candidates will have a minimum of 12 -18 months experience in a similar position, and be a confident and effective communicator with an excellent telephone manner.
You will be highly organised and with a proactive ‘can do’ attitude.
You will have a good understanding of Microsoft applications to include Power Point and Excel and have an excellent eye for detail.
