Office Administrator Wanted in London

We are a small accountancy firm in central London providing specialist services to our niche markets and are gradually growing.

We are now getting very busy and need someone to help us administer and manage the business.
Our number 1 priority is to keep existing clients happy and to make sure that we're doing a high quality job on time.

The work would involve:

- Managing client emails
- Onboarding new clients
- Monitoring deadlines/tasks and chasing colleagues.
- Requesting information from clients
- Adhoc admin, writing letters, answering phone,
- Occassionally make tea for clients and send post.

We have flexible working hours and welcome new graduates or those returning after a career break, but you should have some work/life experience that can demonstrate the main criteria we are looking for:
- Excellent organiser
- Attention to detail
- Desire to learn and work hard
- Ability to work on their own, solve problems and find solutions.
- Good written communication skills

The starting salary would be £18k pa and we would seek to increase this every 6 months depending on performance.
We're looking for someone who wants to grow into an office manager and stay with us for the long term.
