The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join a well-established team. The candidate must be self-motivated, flexible and professional and be willing to juggle a multitude of admin tasks required to ensure the smooth running of a very busy office. The successful candidate will add value to the office environment, by assisting with all general office duties throughout varies departments.
Personal Attributes:
• Have a professional telephone manner and excellent customer service skills.
• Can understand and speak knowledgeably about our client’s services.
• Have a high level of organisational and administration skills.
• Have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular, Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Have the ability to learn how to use other software applications quickly such as CRM systems.
• Have a keen eye for detail and an exceptional level of accuracy when producing documents and inputting data.
• Be self-motivated with a strong character and positive attitude.
• Be hard working, enthusiastic and reliable.
• Have common sense and be able to use own initiative.
• Have the ability to juggle constantly with changing priorities.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting the various departments with a variety of administrative duties which will include:
• Producing spreadsheets, inputting data.
• Attending meetings and taking minutes.
• Record keeping.
• Responding to emails and making telephone calls.
• Website management.
• Client updates.
• Filing, photocopying, scanning, emailing and other administration tasks for the various departments and the wider team as required.
• Running errands within and outside the office.
Future Growth:
There is scope to develop into either the residential or commercial property team as a negotiator/property manager or commercial consultant.
Salary/ benefits: £15,000-£21,000 (Dependent on experience)
Hours: Full time – 40 hrs per week.
