Artistic Spaces are looking for an Office Administrator to join the team at their office in Bermondsey. We are a small commercial property company specialising in the development and rental of workspace to the creative industries.
Responsibilities
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
Assist bookkeeper with invoicing and data entry.
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
Perform data entry and scan documents
Provide calendar support/making arrangements for EA to MD.
Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
Run company’s errands to post office and office supply store.
Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries.
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers.
Maintain office supplies for department
Working hours will be 0900 - 1800 - Monday to Friday.
£20,000 Per year
This is a permanent role with a lot of potential for career progression.
