West London based snack business ‘CHIKA’S’ is looking for a happy and enthusiastic Office Angel to undertake general office management duties.
We are looking for a self-motivated multi-Tasker who is well organised, adaptable, with a “can do” approach. experience in Microsoft Office, Outlook and preferably a knowledge is vital. You need to be numerate, able to work independently and have good attention to detail. The workload is very varied so you need to be flexible, co-operative and be willing to work closely as part of our small, friendly team.
Must have good telephone manner, very good computer skills, be presentable and have experience of the following tasks:
• Scheduling internal and external meetings and conferences
• Organising travel and accommodation for senior management and the Team.
• Looking after all incoming and outgoing dispatch, couriers and car services.
• Clerical/admin functions such as typing correspondence, data entry, new line forms, faxing, copying and filing.
• Looking after company petty cash and organising the company credit card statements.
• Answering phones and taking messages.
• IT; dealing with a vast computer system, server, telephones and external IT support.
• Ordering office supplies.
• Keeping the office in good order.
• Checking and signing off purchase orders.
• Setting up new employees onto the system.
• Being responsible for the day to day running of a busy office and managing Health and Safety.
The candidate will have the following attributes:
* Excellent command of written and spoken English
* Positive, motivated with a 'can do' attitude
* Time efficient and good at multi-tasking
* Diligent with a close eye for detail
* Presentable and always punctual
