About Us
We are SIP Group, we are a well-established and rapidly expanding private sector property group based on Cranbrook Road, Ilford. An exciting opportunity has arisen and we are currently looking for a well experienced Office Administrator to join our expanding team. Your role will be centered around assisting the team in the day to day running of all departments including Human Resources.
Salary
The position starts from £9.00 per hour but can be reviewed depending on experience, hard work and motivation.
Timing
Monday – Friday
9am – 6pm (including 1-hour lunch break)
Saturday (Optional)
9am – 1pm
The position is with immediate start, training will be provided.
Job Description:
• To update software, Excel Files and Word Files
• Update and renew all compliance documentation including GAS, NICEIC and EPC
Certificates
• Produce, send out invoices and chase over-due payments
• Client and supplier management
• Prepare necessary contracts, agreements and documentation
• Form filling, letter writing and ability to note take
• Assist in ensuring contracts, staff handbook and staff training are all up to date and
distributed to staff
• Placing job adverts on various job sites, as well as keeping on top of and updating
ongoing adverts
• Carrying out background research and presenting findings
• Full use of our system software including our booking system software
• Improving facilities, services and standards in our office, as well as implementing
new ideas
• Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
• Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• experience in this Job (3 + YEARS)
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• An approachable attitude - service with a smile
• Good spoken and written English
• A meticulous manner with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team and alone when required, using your initiative
• Ability to prioritise work load and work under pressure
• Good organisational skills
• Strong IT skills including use of Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn various software.
