Office Administrator Wanted in London

Elmec Construction are Construction, Mechanical and Electrical Contractors based in North London / High Barnet. We are looking for an experienced office administrator with experience within the construction industry.
Roles and responsibilities -
* Day to day running and organisation of the office
* Document control
* Creating and and editing excel spread sheets
* Cost control of current jobs
* Ordering materials for delivery to sites
* Keeping on track both own and hire tools and equipment
experience -
* Having experience in the construction industry is essential.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel especially)
* English speaking and writing is also very essential
* Knowledge in using accounting software (Xero or Sage)
Full time
Working hours 8am - 5pm
Pay dependent on experience.
