Sophie’s is a name renowned for delicious steaks, fantastic Martinis and vibrant, knowledgeable staff.
… Only this time we are upping the ante… cooking over live fire on a bespoke cast iron fire pit.
We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service, warm welcoming atmosphere and dedication to making sure every customer leaves having had the best experience with us possible.
Sophie’s offers fantastic development potential – many of our senior team worked from entry level up, and we actively encourage applications from those looking to progress. The business is growing, with new sites planned over the next few years.
experience is helpful, but all we really need is bags of passion, enthusiasm and willingness to learn … we can take care of the rest.
We offer great pay for great people. You have the potential to earn from £8-18 per hour, depending on the role and level of business. You will have access to our TRONC scheme, which we believe is one of the fairest in the industry, rewarding development and hard work.
We require team members with permission to work in the UK by the start of their employment.
