Part Time Night Receptionist Required for a busy Aparthotel in Bayswater.
Working alternate weekends Friday-Sunday 8pm-8am
General duties:
Check in evening arrivals/ check out early departures, first point of contact for guests, handling guest queries in a professional and welcoming manner.
Handling all aspects of guest arrivals, check-ins and departures.
Handling cash and credit card payments.
Managing the Night Audit.
Ideally you will have similar experience or experience in a customer facing role.
