Searcys Roof Garden Rooms boutique B and B in Knightsbridge is looking for a Night Receptionist to join their reception team. The role involves:
• Taking care of guests during their stay
• Taking reservations by phone, e-mail and in person
• Dealing with enquiries
• Updating online distribution channels
• Performing check in and check out procedures
• Routine check of the building during the night
• Assisting housekeeping team with breakfast
• Other ad hoc duties
Ideal candidate would be a happy person to join our happy team and with customer service experience in a hotel background, although it is not essential as all training will be provided. Person is required to keep a strong time keeping skills, good communication and command of English. A role involves a full time position and is shift based. Start date 28th of August 2022
