We are currently recruiting a Full Time/Part Time Night Receptionist to complete our team.

Main duties:

Dealing with phone calls in an efficient and courteous manner.

Assisting with check ins, check outs, reservations and enquiries.

Running the Night Audit procedures.

Replying emails promptly and efficiently.

Preparing the next days arrival registration cards and allocating rooms.

Requirement:

Previous hotel experience is desirable.

Opera PMS experience would be a plus.

The pay rate ranges between £8.50 and £9.00 per hour depending on experience.
