Key responsibilities will include:
• Be a point of contact for the team, answering calls and dealing with enquiries.
• Managing, organising, developing and updating administrative systems, collecting and collating data as required.
• Researching brands, companies, trends and other factors affecting the beauty industry.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions.
• Writing content for website, press and marketing material.
• Managing company’s website.
The ideal intern’s personality and qualifications:
• A passion for the beauty industry.
• Strong office IT skills, including experience of using Word, Excel and Outlook and developing and maintaining filing, database and recording systems.
• A systematic approach, even when dealing with the routine, strong attention to detail and a proven ability to produce accurate work.
• Excellent copywriting skills.
• An understanding of the need to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic.
• Studying a Marketing, English or Business degree.
Duration: 6 or 12 months
