They create value by focusing directly on the key levers of income growth, cost optimisation and risk management.The Role Our client is looking for talented people to work as Managers and Senior Consultants in their London team with experience in the following areas: * experience within the financial services industry in one or more of the following areas; Business Transformation, Regulatory Change, Digital and Innovation * Proven ability to shape, design and manage the execution of a regulatory change and transformation programs in the Financial Services sector * Consultancy background- desirable * Strong understanding and experience of the full project life cycle * Ability to demonstrate significant experience of working for or closely with a cross functional Transformation, IT or Change function * experience of change management in a structured environment with strong analytical and project/ programme management skillsets * Track record of leading and engaging teams and stakeholders * An appreciation of the implications of cultural change on organisations Who they're looking for * Educated to degree or MBA level-desirable * Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on quality work * Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team * Strong interpersonal skills, and a confident communicator (written and verbal) * Have knowledge/formal training in business analysis and change management techniques desirable but not essential * Comfortable presenting complex solutions in clear and concise language * experience in stakeholder management * Able to analyse client/market issues and define solutions that stay within the commercial, operational and regulatory constraints of the market * experience in developing industry network; and participation in Thought Leadership and Training initiatives Apply online today with your CV and covering letter.
