Kew Bridge Premier Inn is on the hunt for an Assistant Operations Manager to join their team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. If you have the passion when it comes to providing an outstanding experience to all guests and embrace coaching and developing a team, this could be the role you have been looking for.
Our ideal individual will confidently approach the responsibilities of the day to day running of the hotel in the absence of the Operations Manager and be unafraid to ownership of key areas with the business to build the hotels performance and targets. Here, you'll build on your experience and expertise in a customer-facing role or environment with a welcoming, supportive team. Helping our guests feel brilliant, through a great night's sleep, you'll oversee daily operations and look ahead to seeing how we can work even better. Putting the guest first, they'll be your first port of call for feedback. You'll then lead and inspire your team to deliver our good night guarantee with excellent coaching, empowering each one to go the extra mile.
To join us, you'll ideally have hotel or hospitality industry experience. This could include from working in reception, housekeeping, F and B or kitchen. More importantly, you'll also be passionate about customer service and maintaining and enhancing the Premier Inn brand. An inspirational leader of people, you'll lead by example, not just driving your team but motivating them to achieve even more – even when under pressure.
With a salary up to £28,000.00 and the best bonus scheme in town!
