Billy Smokes is a British barbecue company that is passionate about cooking great quality ingredients with fire and smoke (yes, we use wood) to produce delicious dishes and memorable food experiences. We are extremely committed to exceptional customer service and look after our staff well if they support these values.
We are currently operating a full time residency a brewery in Hackney Wick and will be doing several external events (festivals/weddings etc) over the summer, as well as opening a second venue, all being well.
We are looking for a talented and motivated Chef with a strong work ethic who is passionate about service. If you are looking to just keep your head down and get on with a prep list, then this is not this may not be role for you. If you are looking to help set the tempo of a fun, busy kitchen and make your mark in a growing business, then we'd love to meet with you.
Hours will be 40-50/wk, pay will be dependent on experience. Please send CV, with references, and answer this question:
