As Line Chef, you will be responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality dishes. In the absence of the Head Chef, you will also take the lead in the kitchen, motivating the team, carrying out stock-taking and ordering duties and ensuring that all health and safety procedures are adhered to. If you have the following, then we want to hear from you:
 experience as a Chef de Partie or Line Chef in a high volume, quality restaurant;
 Fun and friendly character;
 Ability and enthusiasm to lead a team;
 Passion for food and delivering exceptional dishes;
 Working knowledge of stock and margin controls, ordering systems and health
and safety;
 Excellent time-management and organisation skills.
