What does the company do?
We are an independent Residential Letting Agency. Our modern air conditioned offices are on the main Finchley Road opposite the O2 Centre. Lettings.co.uk manage and let properties to students, families, corporate clients, short and long lets.
We are looking for 2 Lettings Negotiators to join the team. The successful applicant(s) will have some Lettings experience, entrepreneurial attitude and clean UK driving licence.
How you can expect to spend your day:
You will be expected to contribute to the following duties. This position would suit a person who Resides in North West London.
Admin

Keeping the data base up to date and accurate.
Giving regular feedback to landlords and tenants.
Preparing tenancy agreements and inventories.
Checking tenant references
Making sure all aspects of the letting meet legal requirements.

Business development

Canvassing, leafleting, networking and generating business.
Arranging viewings and letting properties.
Advising clients about the letting process.
Preparing tenancy agreements and inventories.

Social Media and PR

Create a social presence on relevant sites, such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram to engage, promote and respond to tenants and or landlords.

The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:

Organisational and prioritisation skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Customer service experience.
The ability to build good working relationships with a wide range of people.
The ability to work under pressure
Good attention to detail.
Someone familiar with North West London who is happy to be on call to assist with tenants or potential tenants as and when would be ideal.
