We are currently looking for 2 positions to be filled, we are looking for a trainee which will suit anyone who would like to learn and develop as a lettings negotiator. You need to be wanting to build a fast tracked career with excellent benefits and rewards, you will work in a professional environment with experienced professional team.
Requirements for a Trainee Application:
Drive and determination
A strong work ethic
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Attention to detail
Sales experience is beneficial but not essential
Full Driving Licensee
Good computer skills
Well-spoken (2nd language would be an advantage)
Keen to progress and learn
We also need a candidate with previous negotiating experience and a extremely proactive, with great communication skills, someone who is punctual, efficient and highly motivated. Good knowledge of the local area would be advantageous. This is a great opportunity for someone hoping to further their career.
