Our Acton Lettings team is looking to appoint a professional who is self-motivated and has the get up and go to be proactive and meet targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and telephone manner, be well presented, highly organised and flexible in their working approach. You will need to have a proven track record in a target driven sales environment and not be afraid to go the extra mile! A lettings/property background would be an advantage. You will need to possess a full UK driving licence and be expected to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
Qualifications:

Writing lettings sales ads, advertising properties, keeping the website updated
Match suitable properties to applicants' requirements
Arrange and attend viewings
The ability to negotiate
Close deals
Canvass for new business opportunities

The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
