We are currently searching for a confident and experienced professional lettings negotiator to join our team as a lettings negotiator. We are an expanding company in fully managed, flat sharing accommodation, need of a strong lettings negotiator who wants to progress his/her carrier. For the suitable lettings negotiator Arla training would be considered.
The suitable Lettings Negotiator will have an estate agency background and be confident dealing with a wide range of clients and working to targets. Estate Agency experience is essential along with a successful track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
Lettings Negotiator Responsibilities:

Dealing with new applicants both over the phone and face to face, on a daily basis, including walk ins and email queries Arranging and attending viewings Negotiating offers with clients Work with our staff to achieve targets and improve performance Liaise with managers on your performance and any issues that arise Contribute to any marketing ideas/campaigns.

Lettings Negotiator Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, well presented Able to work in a fast paced target driven environment Strong estate agency background, with previous experience of exceeding targets Negotiating skills – Able to think outside of the box Target driven – Money motivated Determined - Be willing to go the extra mile to close the deal Computer literate.

Salary - £15,000 per year depending on experience + commission after probation period.
Office opening hours:
Mon – Fri: 9.30am – 6.30pm
Saturday : 11am – 4pm
Driving License NOT essential
