Job Requirements:
- Represent the company to rent out available rooms
- Good spoken English, able to communicate in a professional manner
- Good negotiator and great people skills, friendly and good at convincing people
- Will need to post adverts each day and reply to enquiries
- Will need to speak over the phone to arrange viewings and qualify leads
- Will be showing rooms to potential applicants
- Motivated and proactive, responsive to leads quickly
- Pay is commission based for each suitable agreement signed. Details will be sent to you when you enquire for the job
