. Assist with Enquiries and Register Tenants.
Ensure Effective use of our E business apps and Marketing Methods to Promote Property to Tenants.
Arrange Viewings and Attend Viewings
.Provide Best Information and Advice to all Landlords and Tenants Alike.
Inform Line Manager of Progress / Problems on a Timely Basis.
Get Legal Regulations on File such as Gas Certificate, PAT, EPIC, EPC,
. Contribute to Successful Letting of Property by Providing Excellent Customer Service.
